Located in Westport, Connecticut in the heart of Fairfield County’s celebrated “Gold Coast,” we provide brokerage programs for those buying, selling and renting properties.

As a boutique operation, we represent a welcome change from the often impersonal and inefficient approach of larger corporations. At the same time, with some 80 years of combined experience among our partners, we offer an understanding of the market that is second to none.  Additionally the freedom of being a boutique firm has helped propel our agents to achieving the highest producer per market share— based on MLS sales volume data— of any other real estate firm in the area, with fewer than half as many agents as the big national firms.

The members of our team have been credited with every major award recognizing excellence in the real estate field. We know what sells and what it takes to reach a successful closing. At the time of Riverside’s inception, our six founders were doing the sales equivalent to a 50-agent real estate brokerage in the community.
